The Narex Traditional Bench Holdfast fits into a 19mm (3/4in) hole in your workbench and firmly clamps your workpiece with a blow from your mallet. Hot forged from carbon steel, it delivers durability and strength for long-term use. A simple tap on the back of the holdfast releases it instantly. It is the original ‘quick-release’ clamp!
The holdfast works well in benches up to 100mm thick. In benches thicker than 100mm, you may have to relieve the bottom of the dog hole for the holdfast to grip properly.
