Create your own sash windows! You can choose and use your own timber as well as creating unique window sizes. The main bit creates the window frame with a common ogee profile as well as cutting the rebate to bead your glass into the frame without any further machining required.

Also now available is the matching profile bit for creating the profile to match through tennons with mortises in the window frames for that traditional look and superior strength in the frame corners.

Only available with a 1/2in shank this set is designed for use on timber 35-38mm thick.
